Aleta Alade is the Founder of Restructure the Mind LLC™, a licensed and trademarked clinical mental health practice rooted in authentic transformation, mental wellness, and the radical belief that your mind is a beautiful place even in its darkest space.

A Master of Social graduate of North Carolina Central University, Aleta brings both lived experience and clinical knowledge to her work as an LCSW-A. As an In Our Own Voice speaker with NAMI Durham, she has spoken at Central Regional federal hospital and for the Crisis Intervention Training programs across the region, sharing her personal mental health journey to humanize crisis response and reduce stigma in Black communities.
